Stage 1: Discovery - This is where we answer the time honored question, "How do we get started?"  Discovery is often characterized by a series of phone conversations, internet meetings, or face-to-face meetings aimed at learning more about on another and determining the scope of the project.  At the end of Discovery is a work agreement covering the scope of the project, requirements, and broad objective.

Stage 2: Assessment and Design - Through a series of interviews, questionnaires, surveys, and other data gathering methods more specific objectives are set.  Programs are designed and the scope of the intervention is clearly defined.

Stage 3: Execution - Depending on the scope of the project, the program or programs are implemented and feedback is gathered.  We work directly with you to interpret data and examine progress.  Changes are made as needed to meet the objectives set in the Assessment and Design Stage.

Stage 4: Evaluation and Program Follow-up - Using data collected throughout the project, progress is examined and sessions are set to provide feedback to better both parties.  A report or final meeting may be conducted to evaluate the project and provide continuation planning if requested.
